Slow Fridays are just my taste. I rolled out of bed around 8am. Dave had already left for work approximately 1.5 hours ago, and has been there since 7am. Since then, I’ve been cruisin’ the internet, writing in my blogs, checking my email, blowing my nose (about a bazillion times — mornings are bad for my allergies!), and yawning repeatedly. I’m not a coffee person, so mornings sometimes go slower for me than most because I don’t take any supplements to wake me up. I’m thinking about noodles for breakfast, but I’m in no hurry. Don’t you wish every work day is like my Friday? I hate having to rush around and get ready for work. This job is great in that I can make my own schedule and still work over 40 hours a week (wtf? haha). S’ok, though, because all my clients are great, my coworkers are awesome, my supervisor is supportive, and everyone loves me (the feeling is mutual!). It makes coming to work really easy.
Yesterday, Jen and I hung out after work before Mark’s celebration dinner. We bought scarves. She’s my shopping buddy. A bad influence. Heh. She’s cute and she’s fun to hang out with, and I’m sucking up to her because I know she reads this site.
Hee hee hee. This way, when I’m late for paperwork again, she’ll forgive me because she can’t help it. *bats eyelashes innocently*
