Dave and I have talked a lot about the importance of eliminating paperwork when it comes to doing business. Now, eDisclosures is doing it! They’re introducing a new, revolutionary way of doing business in the loan industry especially. All disclosure documents are done electronically, through electronic disclosures, versus through paper. This eliminates the old way of doing things that cost more money (thousands of dollars, in fact), more space wasted, and more environmentally troubling aspects (such as wasting paper for seemingly worthless documents, eh). Of course, the most significant change is that the whole process will completely change, with some aspects even completely eliminated. This allows for big changes in efficiency and savings. I think it’s a great idea.
