Well, Jen and Brandon just went home, after staying for more than 6 hours at our place. What a lovely, lovely time! I was so excited before they got here, and I was so excited while they were here, it was kinda silly. We played Scrabble, went out to dinner at White Rock Beach, and then came home to play a game of Risk (didn’t finish, but I don’t know anyone who’s actually finished this game before). And they wanna come back! I’m so pleased! I love hangin’ out with them — they’re awesome people. If only we lived closer, y’know? That’s okay, cuz they’re willing to come and they’re always welcome in our home. Good to have good friends. I’m so ecstatic when we have friends come over to spend time with us…

Besides that, Jenbug and I got pretty close over the last few months. Don’t know what it is, but when I’m around her she just makes me happy. She’s a cutie patootie, and she and Brandon fit very well together. How cute!!

We have many games to go through now — we’re probably going to try Pictionary, Parcheezi, errmm… other games. Haha. And maybe even bowling next time around. That sounds like a lot of fun. A day of bowling and then dinner perhaps.

This weekend has been pretty good. Chelsea stayed over two nights and then we had Jen and Brandon come over. Good people make my life feel extra good.
