My mother one day told me about a time when she was going shopping in the mall and one of her tooth crowns came off. She thought she was seriously going to die — both from the embarrassment as well as from the physical pain. She had to pretend nothing was going on and went to the bathroom to try to ease the pain, but wasn’t able to actually get it fixed until much later on. I imagined what it must have been like for her, to have that ugly pain. I remember when I was a little girl and broke my tooth while running down the street and falling on the sidewalk. I can imagine what that pain was like for my mother. Anything that has to do with the teeth and mouth hurt an awful lot because we’re so hypersensitive there.

Now, looking back at it, I wish that Dentemp OS was available for my mother to use so that she can at least repair the crown in the store and get on with the rest of her shopping.
