I am constantly amazed at how hard people work at my agency. All the therapists all work together to make sure we provide the best care for our clients. All the paraprofessionals are engaging and lovely (especially little Miss Jen J). Even all the other programs are awesome possum, lest I know very much about a lot of them. I’m really blessed to be working in a nonprofit social services agency that puts people first. Heck, with all our money issues (constantly, being a nonprofit, and all), I’m impressed that our human resources lady gets all of her work done so efficiently and sufficiently without a human resources software. It’s amazing all of this work we do. Hard work, and often overtime, with little complaints (well, sometimes a lot, when I’m stressed, heh). I appreciate the work place I work in.
