Mortgage Talk

A couple of my friends just got new homes, which means new mortgages. Congratulations, Jen and Kelly! How very very awesome. :D Someday, Dave and I will also get a new home, which will come with a new mortgage too. Heh. In the meantime, I can only prepare myself for what is to come when it comes to mortgage payments, interests, bank loans, and the like. It doesn’t sound easy at all, and from what I hear, it could be a big headache. I hear that cheap mortgages are hard to come by, and one of the best ways to get them is to have a lot saved up for a down payment on a home. Dave and I are working hard on that piece. Even then, I know there are places that allow for bad credit remortgages too, in order to help those who are struggling along. I value companies who are willing to work with customers like that.
