I think anything similar to jacuzzis are no-nos but I don't think a warm bath would harm the baby. It's takes some practice to master showering together though, but I'm sure you'll master it :o) I miss being pregnant :o (

My knees where the worst. I had horrible knees from playing softball and it killed me. Grant massaged them every night with icy hot for me.
