Woo, the house is clean, the laundry is done, the bedroom is vacuumed, everything’s dusted. Things are put in their order as best they could be at this point (our living room and hallway still look like a baby furniture factory threw up). I can’t wait for us to finish working on the baby’s room, with the furniture all nicely put together and her clothes put away and stuff. Dave is still working on the mural on the wall. It takes so long because he’s a procrastinator (and he doesn’t deny it!!) AND he can’t work on it until it’s pitch dark outside, since the projector is pretty much useless during the day time. At this point, if we don’t get things done soon, the place will start looking like one of those kitty home gyms — furniture for Tink to climb and jump onto. Heh.
Anyway, I have a craving for mangos now. Hard work, being a pregnant lady. The doc has told me that I need to get more rest to help the baby grow, so I’m trying not to work too hard or be too physically active. It’s not me at all — I’m used to getting things done, but I have to start slowing down both at work and at home for the next month and a half until Bean is born. And then back to bed rest to recover from the delivery!
